We strongly encourage you to sign up for class in advance as spaces are limited. We will certainly accept walk-ins on a first-come first-serve basis subject to class availability. In order to reserve classes online, you just need to sign up for an account with our booking system (it’s super easy) and you must have a single class, a current class package or an unlimited package on your account, all of which can be purchased online.
Alas, sometimes life gets in the way and you’ll need to cancel a booking. If you cancel at least 2 hours before the start of class it will be an early cancel. No problem! Your class credit will be returned to your account and can be used for future bookings.
If you have to cancel less than two hours before the start of class it will be a late cancel. That means that if you are using a class pack, the class will be deducted from your class package. If you are on one of our unlimited plans, 1 day will be subtracted from your package. We don’t like doing it but it’s just to be fair to the eager people on the waitlist who want to take your spot!
It’s easy to cancel online through the booking system or by calling Mieke but please understand that we cannot accept email cancellations.
First Time Students
If you’re a first time student you’ll need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class in order to fill out a quick health information form and just to meet you and answer any quick questions you may have. This is really important so please understand that if you are a first time student you will not be able to join class after it has started.
Please wear comfortable clothes where you can freely move in, bring a jumper and socks.
Please bring a note from your doctor stating that you are fit to exercise or your antenatal notes indicating that your pregnancy is low risk.
