It’s a unique blend of different practices that I personally think are perfectly to combine and all of them on it’s own are techniques that promote Vagal Tone. Vagal tone is an internal biological process that represents the activity of the vagus nerve. Increasing your vagal tone activates the parasympathetic nervous system, and having higher vagal tone means that your body can relax faster after stress.
This course again can be very beneficial for those that are looking to learn new techniques to cope with stress and anxiety levels. It will also enhance your mood, so if you are looking to find ways to uplift your mood, it can help. Like the Yoga Therapy Vitality Program, this program will also help boost the immune system and also includes the transformational breathwork that promotes alkalinity and reduces acidity plus clears energetic blockages and energises you.
Tension & Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
Working with breath and movement, areas of tension and blockage can be released and the core of inner support and strength experienced. As habitual patterns in the body change or become more flexible, the mind also changes, allowing for greater openness, choice and spontaneity of being.

Beyond purely physical benefits, feeling at ease in your body and developing better habits of posture and movement can also benefit your general health and emotional well-being.
Mind and body are integrally connected, and a change in the way you use your body can have far-reaching effects on how you feel.
Feeling more balanced in your body can be a support to finding greater mental and emotional stability.
Emotions are often held in the body, causing physical symptoms of tension or pain, sometimes contributing to the development of ill-health..
This work is based on an understanding that what you need for your healing and growth lies within you.
It seeks to empower you by developing trust in yourself and the wisdom of your body.
